The magic number in my head is £ 97
I hate my thighs and arms
Could it be only in my head?
I think my thighs look different every day
I have an eating disorder
I just want to lose weight in my thighs
Why do I think I need to lose weight?

I'm super jealous! ah .. I think it is only in your head .. If you want to lose weight on your thighs, why not run or walk a little every day? Excellent way to tone your legs .. But I doubt that you need! :]

You certainly do not to lose weight, but at his age it is difficult to be confident in your body.

If you are really at the legs and arms, the priority concerns on muscle instead of weight loss - clearly defined muscles always look better than fat.

Try Pilates or repeal Freeweights little too thin, muscular body.
