Dry Spot Throat Cough Annoying Tickle That Makes Me Cough?

Annoying Tickle that makes me cough? - dry spot throat cough

I had this dry / tickle at the back of the neck, approximately 5 days and makes me a lot of coughing. It is also the voice hoarse at times. I drank lots of water and liquids, but does not seem to help. What should I do?
